Mind, Body, Soul
The mind has more impact on the rest of our bodies WAY MORE than we actually think or believe. Those that have done extraordinary feats or unimaginable triumphs usually come down to the power of the mind! To be successful and great, we must go out of our comfort zone and sometimes that means looking "weird" or "different" to what society tells us.

An app we use called "Breathwrk" uses sound, vibration, and a timer to help in catergories such as calming, nightitme, energizing, performance, and health. Although it has a yearly subscription, BREATHWRK will transform your life as the power of breath is one of the most important in life! Why not give it a try!

Chris Hinshaw discusses how to increase your aerobic capacity which will help you to perform longer and go further than your opponents. Sport Specific Movement and Training
After finding Adonis and Coach Jr Performance on Instagram, they have transformed the way I have looked at strength training. The two biggest improvements I have learned include sport specific movements in the weight room and training on the balls of the foot because most athletes are never flat footed. When we sprint, we are on the balls of our feet and when we jump, we are also on the balls of our feet.
